Northview won the last time they faced Springfield and things went their way on Monday too. The Northview Wildcats simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Springfield Blue Devils 72-17. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 28 points or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Northview, bringing their record for this year to 15-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for Springfield, their loss was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northview will head out to challenge Findlay at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Springfield, they are taking a road trip to face off against Bowling Green at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Springfield is facing Bowling Green at the right time seeing as Bowling Green is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
