Sweet Springs entered their tilt with Wellington-Napoleon on Monday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 15-2 victory. The Greyhounds have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Sweet Springs pushed their record up to 14-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 21.7 runs over those games. As for Wellington-Napoleon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Sweet Springs and Wellington-Napoleon will both be playing Crest Ridge the next time they take the field. The Greyhounds will host the Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
