Softball Recap: Eustace Takes a Loss

Eustace was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 19-3 to the Grand Saline Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 back in March.

Eustace's record now sits at 6-12. As for Grand Saline, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Eustace will square off against rival Winona at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Grand Saline is set to challenge their familiar foe Quitman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
