Baseball Recap: Bloomington Takes a Loss

Bloomington fell victim to Shiner and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 16-0 to the Shiner Comanches. The Bobcats/Lady Cats have struggled against the Comanches recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meetings.

Bloomington now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Shiner, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Bloomington will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ganado at 6:00 p.m. on March 28th. As for Shiner, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 6-5 win against Navarro on the 6th.
