Baseball Game Preview: Millard Eagles vs. Duchesne Eagles

For the second straight game, Millard will face off against Duchesne. Millard will be playing at home against Duchesne at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Millard is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Duchesne 19-9 on Friday. Millard not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since May 3, 2025 (when they won 13-1).

For Duchesne's part, Nashden Goodliffe and Wyatt Christensen did some serious damage despite the final result: Goodliffe went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base, while Christensen went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one double. Goodliffe has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Payson Davis, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one triple.

Millard's win bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Duchesne, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-15.
