Basketball Recap: Har-Ber Wildcats vs. Bryant Hornets
Har-Ber and Bryant squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Har-Ber had to settle for second. They fell 92-79 to the Bryant Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-54 back in November of 2024.
Kellen Robinson was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 29 points and ten assists for Bryant. The dominant performance gave Robinson a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Camarion Bead, who shot 41% from the field to rack up 19 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
Har-Ber's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Bryant, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-9.
Har-Ber does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bryant, they will square off against Springdale on March 15th. Bryant knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 games -- so hopefully Springdale likes a good challenge.
