Football Recap: Rose Bud Starts Season with Loss at Home

Rose Bud unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against the Cedar Ridge Timberwolves on Friday, falling 36-6. The Ramblers haven't had much luck with the Timberwolves recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Looking ahead, Rose Bud will square off against Woodlawn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cedar Ridge, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Subiaco Academy at 7:00 p.m. on September 12.
