Soccer Recap: Callaway Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Callaway can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Crisp County Cougars on Friday. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Callaway couldn't quite close it out.

Callaway dropped their record down to 13-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Crisp County, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Callaway nor Crisp County have any future games scheduled.
