New Castle won the last time they faced Butler and things went their way on Friday too. The New Castle Hurricanes blew past the Butler Golden Tornado 69-46. The Hurricanes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.

New Castle's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Damian Harrison, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. Kai Cox was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 14 points and nine assists.

New Castle smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.

New Castle's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Butler, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
