Ponte Vedra put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their undefeated season alive. They came out on top against the Bishop Moore Hornets by a score of 3-1. Given the Sharks' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked first, while the Hornets are ranked 44th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Izzy Whitaker and Abby Wooten scored all three of Ponte Vedra's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Ponte Vedra pushed their record up to 7-0-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three contests. As for Bishop Moore, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1.
