Baseball Game Preview: Lauderdale County Tigers vs. Rogers Pirates

For the second straight game, Lauderdale County will face off against Rogers. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Pirates at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Lauderdale County will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.

Lauderdale County barely beat Rogers the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers never let the Pirates get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Tuesday. Considering the Tigers have won eight matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Rogers has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Lauderdale County, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-12.
