Volleyball Game Preview: Enloe Eagles vs. Jordan Falcons

The Enloe Eagles will face off against the Jordan Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Jordan took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Enloe, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, Enloe got the win against South Garner by a conclusive 3-0.

One reason for the win was Enloe's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Jordan faced Chapel Hill in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Tigers. That makes it the first time this season the Falcons have let down their home crowd.

Jordan took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-20, 27-25.

Enloe's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-4. As for Jordan, their loss dropped their record down to 10-3.
