Basketball Recap: Mandaree Comes Up Short

Mandaree was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Washburn Cardinals and fell 57-17. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Mandaree's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Washburn, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

Mandaree has already played their next contest (against Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky]), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Washburn will square off against Garrison at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
