Soccer Recap: Gateway Takes a Loss

Gateway lost against Tohopekaliga back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Gateway Panthers lost 8-1 to the Tohopekaliga Tigers. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Panthers were already down 5-0.

Gateway's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Tohopekaliga, they moved to 4-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Gateway didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-4 victory against Osceola on the 12th. Tohopekaliga has also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Harmony on the 10th.
