Soccer Recap: Glenelg's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Glenelg can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Walkersville Lions on Friday. Glenelg were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Walkersville apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.

With the defeat, Glenelg broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 7-4-3. As for Walkersville, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season.
