While James Rudolph delivered a dominant performance on Monday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Master's Academy. Rudolph was unstoppable, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

Even though Rudolph couldn't lead Master's Academy over Lakeland Christian, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Rudolph's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Eagles' five-game streak of wins at home.
