Volleyball Recap: Golden West Takes a Loss

Golden West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Edison Tigers.

Raegan Garland paced Golden West's offense, picking up five kills. Garland got some help from Karolyne Moran and her three assists.

Golden West's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Edison, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

Golden West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Minarets on the 20th. As for Edison, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Dos Palos on the 20th.
