Volleyball Recap: Brawley Comes Up Short

Brawley's tournament run continued when they took on Faith Lutheran on Friday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Crusaders. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their offense was headlined by Audree Callens and Lucca Rubin, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Emmi Escalera and her four assists.

Brawley's defeat dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Faith Lutheran, they now have a winning record of 14-13.

Coincidentally, Brawley and Faith Lutheran will both be playing Bonita Vista the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Barons at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Crusaders will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
