Basketball Recap: Kathleen Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Kathleen was the 70-68 winner over Ridge Community when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Devils fell 69-57 to the Bolts on Tuesday. While the Red Devils didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bolts 15-10 in the first quarter.

Ridge Community was led to victory by Curtis Walton and Ray Herring. Walton dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten boards, while Herring went 5-for-7 en route to 15 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Herring, who posted eight points.

Kathleen's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kathleen will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Mulberry at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ridge Community, they will take on Lake Buena Vista at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
