Basketball Recap: Winooski Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Winooski won against Bellows Free Academy last Thursday with 62 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Winooski Spartans beat the Bellows Free Academy Bullets by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 62-42. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Winooski has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.1 points over those games. As for Bellows Free Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Looking ahead, Winooski will face off against Stowe at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bellows Free Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Blue Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
