Basketball Recap: Union City Comes Up Short

After flying high against Jamestown last Tuesday, Union City came back down to earth. The Union City Bears were beaten by the Fort LeBoeuf Bison 60-27 on Friday.

Union City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Fort LeBoeuf, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-0.

Union City will be home for the holidays to greet Saegertown at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort LeBoeuf, they will head out to face off against Warren at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Fort LeBoeuf's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
