Having just played yesterday, the Northern Nash Knights will get right back to it and host the Southern Nash Firebirds at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Northern Nash is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They had to suffer through a 57-16 loss at the hands of Rocky Mount. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Southern Nash played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 54-34 to Rocky Mount. While losing is never fun, the Firebirds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 221st, while the Gryphons are ranked 47th).

Southern Nash's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Northern Nash, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.
