The Delaware Valley Terriers will head out to face off against the Nottingham Northstars at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. Delaware Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last five times Delaware Valley and Warren Hills Regional have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Saturday. The Terriers fell just short of the Blue Streaks by a score of 4-3. The loss continues a trend for the Terriers in their meetings with the Blue Streaks: they've now lost three in a row.

Delaware Valley saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Figalora, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. Melanie Tramo also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.

The scorekeeper got an easy start on Saturday as neither Nottingham nor Robbinsville made it on the board until the seventh inning. The Northstars fell just short of the Ravens by a score of 2-1. The Northstars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Having lost for the first time this season, Delaware Valley fell to 7-1. As for Nottingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
