Softball Recap: South Dearborn Comes Up Short

After soaring to 17 runs the game before, South Dearborn was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 12-1 to the East Central Trojans. Knights fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Trojans since on Tuesday.

South Dearborn's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for East Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

South Dearborn will challenge Greensburg at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Central, they have already played their next game, a 4-3 victory against Madison on the 9th.
