Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pelahatchie). Everything went their way against the Magee Trojans on Friday as the Pelahatchie Chiefs made off with a 55-33 win. For the Chiefs, this counts as revenge for the 48-40 victory the Trojans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2021.

Pelahatchie's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Magee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

Pelahatchie wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 43-39 victory against Crystal Springs on the 28th. As for Magee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 34-31 defeat against Pearl on the 28th.
