Volleyball Recap: Mattoon Takes a Loss

Mattoon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Jacksonville Crimsons.

Mattoon's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Jacksonville, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Mattoon has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Mt. Zion on the 16th. As for Jacksonville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Normal University on the 16th.
