Soccer Recap: Scottsboro Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Scottsboro was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the James Clemens Jets. While losing is never fun, Scottsboro can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 126th, while James Clemens are ranked 39th).

Scottsboro has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9-4 record this season. The victory was the third in a row for James Clemens, bringing their record up to 10-4-2.

Coming up, Scottsboro will face off against Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for James Clemens, they will host Bob Jones at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
