Basketball Game Preview: Keller Indians vs. Byron Nelson Bobcat

Keller has won five straight games at home, while Byron Nelson has won five straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Keller Indians will welcome the Byron Nelson Bobcat at 7:00 p.m.

Keller is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Southlake Carroll just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Friday. They had to suffer through a 76-45 loss at the hands of the Dragons. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Indians have suffered since November 9, 2024.

Meanwhile, Byron Nelson got the win against Timber Creek on Friday by a conclusive 76-50. With the Bobcat ahead 46-21 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Byron Nelson is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a massive bump to their 19-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Keller, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 14-12.
