Basketball Game Preview: Hillel Academy vs. Summit Academy Knights

Hillel Academy just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Summit Academy Knights at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Hillel Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 58-50 to Propel Montour on Wednesday. Hillel Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hillel Academy might have lost, but man, Yaakov Kaminsky was a machine: he dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds. With that strong performance, Kaminsky is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Coby Shaw, who posted 11 points.

Meanwhile, Summit Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 68-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Homer-Center.

Summit Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hillel Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
