Wheeler entered their tilt with Hammond Central on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wolves. That's more bragging rights for the Bearcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Wheeler won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22.

Wheeler's victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Wheeler wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Hobart on the 23rd. As for Hammond Central, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Griffith at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
