Greer Middle College entered their tilt with West-Oak on Monday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They walked away with a 53-43 victory over the West-Oak Warriors. The Blazers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Despite the loss, West-Oak still got an impressive performance from Brett Winegard, who went 7 of 12 en route to 17 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Trevor White, who posted ten points.

Greer Middle College is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for West-Oak, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greer Middle College will challenge Liberty at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for West-Oak, they will face off against Daniel at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Daniel's favor as the team sits on seven straight wins at home while West-Oak has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
