Basketball Recap: Kingston's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Kingston entered their tilt with Hugo on Saturday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Hugo Buffaloes by a score of 52-45. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Redskins also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Kingston pushed their record up to 15-9 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points over those games. As for Hugo, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will face off against Plainview at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hugo, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Broken Bow at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. Broken Bow will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Hugo surely won't give up without a fight.
