Basketball Recap: East Mills Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

East Mills waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Bedford Bulldogs by a score of 67-58. This was a revenge game for East Mills: when they faced off against Bedford last Saturday, they had to take a 51-42 loss.

East Mills got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jackson Embree out in front who went 10-for-14 on his way to 28 points and eight rebounds. With that strong performance, Embree is now averaging an impressive 21 points per game. Mason Camden was another key player, going 6-for-13 to rack up 21 points.

East Mills was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

East Mills pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Bedford, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 18-1.

East Mills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-59 loss against Shenandoah on the 6th. As for Bedford, they have also already played their next match, a 78-40 win against Fremont-Mills on the 7th.
