Concord piles up the points against East Rowan

Recap: Concord Spiders vs. East Rowan Mustangs

The Concord Spiders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They really took it to East Rowan for the full four quarters, racking up a 99-54 win at home. The victory was just what Concord needed coming off of a 83-50 defeat in their prior match.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Concord to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jeremiah Howard, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 15 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Judah Freeman, who scored 22 points along with four steals.

Concord pushed their record up to 9-6 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.6 points per game. As for East Rowan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Concord will look to defend their home court on Friday against Carson at 7:30 p.m. As for East Rowan, they will head out on the road to challenge Central Cabarrus at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
