Chaminade got themselves on the board against Loyola on Friday, but Loyola never followed suit. They claimed a resounding 52-0 victory over the Cubs. The game marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season.

Chaminade was led to victory by Cameron Blackman and Beau Lindus. Blackman rushed for 92 yards and two scores on only 12 carries, while Lindus picked up 122 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Those 92 rushing yards gave Blackman a new career-high.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Chaminade proved: they limited Loyola to a paltry 2.7 yards per carry. The Eagles' run defense has been on the up-and-up: they allowed 3.78 yards per carry earlier this season, but they've only allowed 5.6 on average over their last five games.

Chaminade has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.6 points over those games. As for Loyola, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-5.
