Football Game Preview: Lakeview Gators vs. Logansport Tigers

Lakeview hasn't had much luck against Logansport recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Gators will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Lakeview has given up an average of 54.7 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lakeview is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were beaten by LaSalle 46-12 on Friday. The Gators were down 34-6 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Logansport, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They managed a 20-14 victory over St. Mary on Friday. Logansport hasn't had any issues with St. Mary recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Lakeview better keep an eye on Keaton Cason. He was instrumental in Logansport's win, rushing for 90 yards and two TDs, while also throwing for 153 yards on nine of 21 attempts. Those 153 passing yards gave Cason a new career-high.

Lakeview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Logansport, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
