Basketball Recap: Browerville Skates Past Menahga with Ease

There's no place like home for Browerville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 88-60 win over the Menahga Braves. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 21 points or more this season.

Browerville is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.2 points. As for Menahga, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

Browerville will welcome Wheaton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wheaton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 games -- so hopefully Browerville likes a good challenge. As for Menahga, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 55-46 defeat against Bertha-Hewitt on the 4th.
