Baseball Recap: Rondout Valley Find Success

The third road match was the charm for Rondout Valley, as they earned their first away win of the season. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Spackenkill Spartans on Wednesday. Considering the Ganders' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Nash Kennedy was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Luke Johnson was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Rondout Valley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Spackenkill only managed seven hits.
