Flag Football Recap: Linganore Starts Season with Victory Against Frederick + How To Watch

Linganore had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They managed a 19-13 win over the Frederick Cadets on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for the Lancers in their matchups with the Cadets: they've now won four in a row.

Despite the loss, Frederick still got an impressive performance from Maya Robinson, who picked up 165 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Robinson was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 58 yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Frederick fell to 4-1.

Linganore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frederick, they will welcome Tuscarora at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
