Softball Recap: Salem Wildcats vs. Richland County Tigers

Salem and Richland County squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Salem had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 11-10. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Wildcats, who until this matchup were averaging 3.67 runs allowed.

Marah Johnson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Isabella Decker, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
