Baseball Recap: Crawford Takes a Loss

Crawford and High Tech SD squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Crawford had to settle for second. They lost 13-2 to the Storm. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Colts couldn't push the score so high this time.

Hector Fuentes was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run. He has been hot, having posted two or more stolen bases the last seven times he's played.

Crawford's loss dropped their record down to 16-15. As for High Tech SD, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-10 record this season.
