Softball Recap: North Salem Comes Up Short

After flying high against McKay on Tuesday, North Salem came back down to earth. The Vikings came up short against the Willamette Wolverines on Friday, falling 16-1. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

North Salem's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Willamette, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Salem will head out to take on Sprague at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Willamette, they will venture away from home to challenge South Medford at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
