Volleyball Recap: Hailie Bautista Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Kearny + How To Watch

Morse extended their road winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Hailee Divina. Everything went the Tigers' way against the Kearny Komets on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win for which the team can thank Divina, who had nine digs and five aces. She has been hot, having also posted 15 or more assists the last five times she's played.

Morse was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-17, 25-17.

Morse got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Hailie Bautista out in front who had 14 digs and four assists. That's the most assists Bautista has posted since back in August. Shaylnn Copes was another key player, getting 12 kills.

Morse was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kearny only served seven.

Morse's record is now 15-16. As for Kearny, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-20.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Morse will square off against rival San Diego at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kearny is set to challenge their familiar foe Crawford at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
