Soccer Game Preview: Upland vs. Rancho Mirage

The Upland Highlanders/Scots and the Rancho Mirage Rattlers will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Upland will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.

On Thursday, Upland made easy work of Garey and carried off a 5-2 victory. Zabdiel Sanchez was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Rancho Mirage and Esperanza finished up their game with a 1-1 draw on Friday.

Upland's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three contests. Rancho Mirage's draw makes their record 2-1-2 this season.
