Lincoln won the last time they faced Thomasville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lincoln Trojans walked away with a 57-46 victory over the Thomasville Bulldogs. The win was familiar territory for the Trojans who have now won seven contests in a row.

Despite the loss, Thomasville saw an underclassman step up: freshman Harmony Bryant dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 boards. Bryant has been hot recently, having posted nine or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was A'Naijah Thurman, who posted eight points and four steals.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Thomasville, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will host Bay at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Thomasville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cairo at 6:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
