Jefferson ended up on the wrong side of a painful 7-34 walloping at Sioux City West hands. The result was completely at odds with the teams' state rankings as Jefferson enjoys a hefty 132 spot advantage. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Jefferson off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Sioux City West a 1-0 record.

Next week, Jefferson take on Sioux City North at 7:00 PM. As for Sioux City West, they will face of against Sioux City East.
