Football Recap: Landrum Cardinals vs. Berea Bulldogs
Landrum won the last time they faced Berea, and things went their way on Friday too. The Landrum Cardinals simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Berea Bulldogs 46-6 on the road.
Aidan Kelley had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 136 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Another player making a difference was Ty Foster, who rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
The win got Landrum back to even at 1-1.
Landrum will face off against Ware Shoals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Berea, they will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Carolina Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Berea is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
