After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Columbia Central, Homer was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Jonesville Comets by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Comets back in September, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Homer's win bumped their record up to 20-15-4. As for Jonesville, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 17-17-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Homer will square off against rival Manchester at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Jonesville is set to face off against their familiar foe Michigan Center at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
