Volleyball Recap: Caverna Takes a Loss

Caverna lost against Larue County back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Colonels came up short against the Hawks, falling 3-0. The Colonels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Caverna was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Larue County's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-10, 25-11.

Caverna's loss dropped their record down to 2-25. As for Larue County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Caverna will take on Foundation Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Larue County, they will face off against Marion County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
