They beat the Brimfield Indians by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-0. Canton's pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last four contests.
Not much got past Kash Van Houten, who gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks to keep Brimfield off the board. Van Houten has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances.
At the plate, Canton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Korbin Woerly, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
